Position:
Test Manager & payroll integration

Responsibilities:
Responsible for payroll testing and integration: requirements gathering phase through tothe test phase, including the build/configuration phase; Develop & execute comprehensive testing strategies & plans for Workday implementations & upgrades; Lead & manage a team of testers, assigning tasks, providing guidance and ensuring testing activities are completed on time; Identify, document & manage defects, ensuring timely resolution & maintaining accurate defect tracking systems; Provide regular updates & reports to stakeholders on testing progress, issues & potential risks; Continuously improve testing processes, methodologies & tools to enhance efficiency & quality assurance practices; Ensure compliance w/ quality standards, procedures & best practices throughout the testing lifecycle; Develop & maintain comprehensive documentation related to test plans, procedures and results; Good oral & written communication skills, w/ proficiency in English (French proficiency is a valuable asset).

Level of Experience: Senior (+5 years)
