Senior Dynamics365 Developer/Funtional

Responsibilities:
‍•Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand business requirements andtranslate them into technical solutions
• Design, develop, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365Customer Engagement solutions• Develop and maintain integrations with third-party systems
• Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to team members
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to juniordevelopers
• Participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning,daily stand-ups, and retrospectives• Participate in the development of technical specificationsand documentation
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to MicrosoftDynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is aplus
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in developing MicrosoftDynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions

- Strong knowledge of C#, .NET, and JavaScript
• Experience developing plugins, workflows, andcustomizations for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement
• Experience with Azure DevOps and agile developmentmethodologies
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications (e.g., MB-901,MB-200, MB-400) are a plus.
• Good Portuguese and English level, spoken and written (minimum B2)

• Lead business process mapping and requirement gatheringsessions with business stakeholders to identify requirements and translate theminto technical solutions
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior consultants onthe team
• Participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
• Conduct user acceptance testing and provide end-usertraining
• Develop technical specifications and documentation
• Work closely with development teams to ensure technicalsolutions align with business requirements
