Position:
Product Manager/Application Manager

Responsibilities:
A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience • Proficiency in technical aspects and product management, encompassing incident management, evolution, backlog management, release management, etc • Familiarity with data integration/management challenges in API, WebServices, SFTP, ETL, and Datalake• Previous experience with ServiceNow tools and a solid understanding of ITIL processes • Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with proficiency in English (French proficiency is a valuable asset) • Demonstrated resilience and organizational skills, especially in managing critical situations • An analytical approach to delve into complex subjects and a synthetic approach for effective reporting • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving goals.
