Payroll Testing and Integration Manager


Requirements:
Responsible for testing and integration activities related to Workday implementations and upgrades.

Key responsibilities:
- developing and executing comprehensive test strategies and plans
- leading and managing a testing team
- identifying and managing defects
- providing regular updates to stakeholders
- continuously improving testing processes and tools.


The role also involves ensuring adherence to quality standards, procedures and best practices through out the testing lifecycle. Also plays a crucial role in the integration of the payroll system, covering requirements gathering, construction/configuration and testing phases. Specific focus areas include managing integrations such as PECI and GL, supporting datamigration, collaborating with payroll coordinators and actively participating in system tests.
