‍Position:

‍Network Analyst

‍

‍Responsibilities:

• Review week by week the network alerting and analyse for trends from devices, data centres or office.
• Review key data relating to capacity reporting for WAN circuits to identify proactively any areas which need action.
• Review weekly the major incidents for the past week and any problem management actions.
• Present a weekly report for all activities and analysis work.
• Make recommendations to the Operations and Product teams for fine tuning the monitoring tools to improve the data.
• Seek to automate any analysis work where possible.
• Assist operations teams on post incident analysis by providing historical data relating to alerting and recommending areas of improvement for monitoring.
• Provide troubleshooting support for incidents where necessary.

‍Requirements:

• Excellent written, oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong experience of network monitoring tools especially, CA Spectrum, Solarwinds and Zabbix.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
• Experience of network operations in a complex and busy environment.
• Experience with NetScout or other application performance tools desirable.
• Ability to communicate across product lines and geographies.
• Experienced with Network Incident and problem management.

• Experience in delivering recommendations and QoS initiatives.
• Proven analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with automation of monitoring tools and AIOps desirable.
• Showing an individual flair, having a component of imagination and original thinking.
• Strong proficiency with the English language for verbal and written communications is mandatory.
