Responsibilities:
For the following position, candidates are expected to provide direct support to the existing development team, actively participating in the project alongside senior team members.

Requirements:
• Must have:
· Over 5 years of experience as a Functional Analyst;
· Knowledge of project management methodologies: Waterfall, Scrum, and Lean;
· Attention to detail and proactivity;
· Autonomy in facilitation activities with stakeholders and key users;
· Identification, refinement, and documentation of associated documents;
· Excellent analytical and communication skills;
· Languages: Portuguese (native), English (C1).

· Certifications: CBAP, CSM, PSM I.
